To ensure that you feel a sense of well-being with us from the beginning, a professional introduction is indispensable. A rapid, smooth integration guarantees that you will quickly become familiar with your new environment.

Our welcome event on the first day provides our new employees with all relevant information about targit, and offers the opportunity of becoming acquainted with the future area of responsibility and of understanding targit in an overall context.

Furthermore, the introduction includes an individual orientation plan, adapted to the position and to already existing expertise.

This is prepared jointly with the responsible executive and includes the following aspects:

• general clear objectives and qualified task designations, which are communicated and explained to the new employee
• goals, which are developed jointly during the orientation phase
• fixed dates for feedback discussions with the executive

We offer our mentoring concept particularly for those beginning their careers and for our employees who are still in the process of establishing their know-how in the area of investment banking. This is limited to the first three to four months of the probation period. Here an experienced employee is appointed as the mentor, who can basically be approached by the new employee at any time. In addition, the mentor willingly provides important assistance with professional, technical and social integration into the new work area and environment.
